If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us promptly at info@norfolkhandmade.com. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Please retain the original packaging and provide photographs of the item and packaging when contacting us about shipping damage.
