We will guide you through the details that shape the final piece, including size, structure, leather, hardware, stitching, edge finish, and how the bag will be carried. Each handbag is saddle stitched by hand in our Toronto studio and made by one craftsman from start to finish.

The Bespoke Process
Bespoke begins with your idea. We start with the details that matter most: size, shape, use, leather, hardware, and any references you have in mind. From there, a digital mockup is created so you can see the direction clearly.
Once the design is finalized, a deposit secures your place in the schedule. For more complex designs, a physical prototype may be needed to confirm scale, structure, and how the bag will carry. From proportion and handle length to lining, thread, edge finish, and hardware, each detail is confirmed before the final piece is made.
